The Spring Season for 5th through 8th grade begins March 2nd and continues through April 30th.
Practices are Mondays 2:30-4pm and Tuesday-Thursday 4-5:30pm.

Wrestlers will want to have a pair of wrestling shoes for the season.
The Bainbridge Wrestling Club provides a valuable opportunity for Bainbridge Island athletes to learn the techniques and mentality it takes to be successful on the mat and in life. Wrestling is the perfect sport for increasing strength, coordination, and confidence.
The coaches for the Bainbridge Wrestling Club have many years of experience both as athletes and as coaches. We work hard to make wrestling fun and positive while maintaining the discipline and challenge of the sport.
